Account Deletion

Delete Your ResideMe Account

Use this page for Google Play and App Store account deletion requests. We will verify the request before deleting account data.

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to support@resideme.com from the email address linked to your ResideMe account.

Include your full name, account email, phone number if used on the account, and whether you registered as a customer or agent.

What Gets Deleted

We delete or anonymize your profile, saved searches, favorites, notification preferences, authentication tokens, and personal account identifiers. For agents, public profile information and unpublished listing data associated only with the deleted account may also be removed.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, financial records, or marketplace integrity. Retained records are restricted and kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Processing Time

We usually process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you for additional verification before completing the request.

If you cannot access the email address on your account, email support@resideme.com with enough details for us to verify account ownership.
